House Project Goals for 2014

With it being a new year, I wanted to write a list of projects I want to complete this year for our house. Then at the end of the year I can see how I did. Some are small project and others will take a lot of time. But I really hope I can get through the whole list plus some...

  • Re-Paint Kitchen Cabinets
  • Add New Cabinet Hardware
  • Install Dishwasher
  • Build a Media Console
  • Build a Bench for Kitchen Table
  • Re-Stain & Paint Kitchen Table/Chairs
  • Install Coat Hooks by Backdoor
  • Re-Paint Front & Backdoor
  • Add Exterior Door to Room Downstairs +Vent
  • Create Artwork for Master Bedroom
  • Sew New Quilt for Master Bed
  • Install/Make Starburst Mirror above Master Bed
  • Get Full Length Mirror for Master Bedroom
  • Sew Slipcover for Couch
  • Sew Slipcover for Rocking Chair
  • Re-Paint Outside Light Pole
  • Add Towel Hooks in Bathroom
  • Add Sand to Sandbox
  • Install New Kitchen Faucet
  • Build Planter Box for Front Door
  • Redo the Flower Beds
  • Redo Plumbing in House
  • Redo Electrical in House
I, also, thought it would be fun to ask my husband what his project goals are for 2014. And this is what he had on his list, some are not on mine.
  • Fix Fence by Adding Wood
  • Paint the Fence (this really needs to be done)
  • Build a Shed for the Backyard
  • Redo the Flower Beds
  • Redo Plumbing in House
  • Redo Electrical in House
I guess we will see what exactly gets completed this year. But I will be writing a post or some post about each project during the process. Wish me luck!!! And I wish you all the best of luck to get through your goals for 2014...

OTHER GOALS:
Another goal I have this year for the blog is to start writing a post twice a week, maybe three times but we will see how well that happens.... The holidays always get really busy for my shop. And because I am talking about my shop/business, the two goals I have this year is growing my business and creating a Teepee Pattern (the teepee pattern is already in the works, has been for about 4 months...)
