Before the end of the year, I needed to buy something to help with taxes. I really wanted to buy an industrial sewing machine but I did not need to spend that much money (really hoping next year). But I still needed to spend some money and I have been wanting a DSLR camera for a long time, plus its a lot less money then a sewing machine. So I decided it was time and this way I do not have to borrow my mom's camera when I want to take nice pictures. But then the big question: What Camera???? And What Lens???
After lots of research I decided on the Canon T3i (had amazing reviews and was a great price).
I looked at buying the camera in a kit at my favorite store, Costco, but if you know me I like to look around first. And can you believe it, I found the same camera kit plus a 50mm lens for the same price. That's right the same price! I found them at BestBuy because they were having some great deals for Christmas.
I am still trying to figure out all the buttons and exactly how to use the camera. But so far I am loving it!!! And because I got a new camera my pictures on the blog will probably look a little better, makes me so happy!!!
But still hoping that next year I can get the sewing machine....
