Progress- Basement

We have not done anything with the basement other then moving some things in. But we have lots of plans and hope that in a couple years we can start/finish some.

Here are picture of the laundry room before:

Currently, we have only moved things in and moved out the wood/shelving.

Things To Do:

-Move Laundry Room (we are really hopping we can do this)

-Expand Window (bring up to code)

- Fix Electric or Figure it out

- Insulate Cinder Block Walls

- Finish Room

Bedroom/Craft Room Before:

 Currently, after moving in. This room needs to be organized and unpack some more/move things around. I will not make this my craft room for awhile...

Things To Do:

-Unpack

-Add Door

-Remove brick planter box

-Expand Window (bring up to code)

- Fix Electric or Figure it out

- Insulate Cinder Block Walls

-Add Closet

- Finish Room

Here is the Bathroom Before/Currently:

Thing To Do:

-Move Water Heater

-Demo 

-Finish

Here is the Hall/Walkway Before:

 

Currently, after moving in and redoing the stairs.

Things To Do:

-Fix wall by the stairs

-Demo walls

-Fix Electrical 

-Remove some framing from previous owners

-Finish

Here is another Bedroom before:

 Currently, after moving in...This is our outdoor room.

Things To Do:

-Expand Window (bring up to code)

- Fix Electric or Figure it out

- Insulate Cinder Block Walls

-Add Closet

- Finish Room

Here is our Storage Room before:

 Currently, after moving things in. We have some big plans for this room...

Things To Do:

-Add Drain (this will decide if we can move laundry here)

- Move Laundry here (we hope)

-Move water heater by furnace

-Fix/Update electrical 

- Insulate Cinder Block Walls

- Maybe New Furnace (more energy efficient)

 - Add new window (not planning on expanding to give room for more storage)

-Add shelving for storage

- Finish 

We have lots of remodeling in our basement and really hope all of our plans work out...
