I have been reading a blog for a long time now that does a home to-do list about every six months. I loved the idea of having a list and seeing exactly were you are with the house.
And because we have officially been in our house for ONE year, I thought it would be fun to start doing a list. Things on the list may change over time but for now its our list of things to do. Just as a side note about the house, all of our decisions about remodeling/DIY with the house are based off what will increase the value of the home. But what is the better idea for the future of renting out the house. That's right, we have talked about it and we do not plan on ever selling the house but renting it out... SO all of our decisions are based on spending the least amount of money to remodel/DIY the home to get the maximum amount of rent. With that in mind lets start on the list:
