Over a year ago, I made my daughter this quiet book. I hope to make my son one this next year then I can share step-by-step pictures of making a quiet book. This book took a lot of time, the pages are made out of cotton fabric and the designs are made out of felt. I decided that for my next book, I am going to make it all out of cotton fabric. Why do you ask? I have found that with use felt starts to get little clumps and starts to stretch. My daughter loves the book, she is 3 and plays with it at least once a week (I find her playing with it when she should be sleeping!) I got a lot of ideas at these blogs:
